Play Open Season Online
You control Boog the bear bulldozing through hunters and chucking logs while Elliot the deer handles the acrobatics—it’s pure 16-bit chaos with squirrels and trees flying everywhere.

Open Season was a 2006 release for the Sega Genesis, developed by Ubisoft Montreal. It arrived late in the console's life, a time when most developers had moved on to newer hardware, so it stands as an oddity, a licensed game for a system that was already a relic.
You alternate control between Boog, a bear who relies on brute strength to smash hunters and throw objects like logs, and Elliot, a deer whose agility lets him jump across gaps and deliver swift kicks. The goal is to free your captured animal friends by causing enough mayhem in each stage to lower a threat meter. The game is built on screen by screen exploration, with a lot of environmental interaction; you can uproot small trees to use as weapons or scare squirrels into attacking. It moves at a frantic pace and the difficulty can be unforgiving, with enemies swarming from all sides. Playing it feels like managing a hectic, slightly clumsy brawl where anything can become a projectile.
