Play Operation - Cleanstreets Online
You wrestle a garbage truck through insane traffic while mutant rats and exploding trash try to wreck you—somehow dodging all that to hit your pickup quota feels like a trashy action movie.

Operation: Cleanstreets is a 1990 MS-DOS game from developer Softdisk Publishing. It fits right in with the era's straightforward, concept-driven titles, built for quick sessions rather than epic storytelling. You won't find elaborate cutscenes or deep lore here; it's a game about a job, and that job is messy.
You control a sanitation worker driving a garbage truck through a city in disarray. Your main objective is to collect a set amount of trash bags each day while navigating hazardous streets. The core mechanics involve precise driving to scoop up bags without hitting obstacles, outmaneuvering aggressive enemy vehicles that try to ram you off the road, and avoiding environmental hazards like oil slicks and pedestrians. The pacing is relentless, with the difficulty ramping up quickly as more enemies spawn and the trash quota increases. It feels like a chaotic, slightly absurd race against the clock where every successful run is a small victory against urban decay.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
