Game Overview
Operation Wolf throws you straight into the chaos—you’ve got a machine gun, a handful of grenades, and about a million enemies charging at you. The Sega Master System version keeps that arcade feel where you’re basically just holding down the trigger and praying you don’t run out of ammo mid-fight.
It’s not just mindless shooting, though. You’ve got to pick off grenades mid-air, prioritize armored trucks over foot soldiers, and resist the urge to blast every civilian running across the screen (tempting, but pointless). The grenade launcher is your best friend against helicopters, but you’ll waste it if you panic-fire.
What I love is how the game keeps you scrambling—one second you’re mowing down ninjas, the next you’re dodging knives while a patrol boat unloads on you. And those bosses? They’re brutal until you figure out their weak spots. Just don’t expect to survive your first try.
