I picked up Penguin Wars for the Game Boy back in 1990, a time when the handheld was full of simple, competitive games you could play in short bursts. You control a small character, either a boy or a girl, and your only goal is to knock your opponent, a penguin, off the back of the screen by hitting them with a ball.
