Play Plok! (Europe) Online
Plok’s limbs go flying when he attacks, which is as weird as it sounds. One minute you're hopping through sunny beaches, the next you're dodging haunted factory gears while that killer soundtrack blares.
Plok! came out on the Super Nintendo in 1993, developed by Software Creations and published by Tradewest. It was part of that wave of early SNES platformers that weren't afraid to get a little strange, standing out with its own visual style and a surprisingly memorable soundtrack.
You control Plok, a character who attacks by literally throwing his arms and legs at enemies, leaving him helpless until they return. The goal is to reclaim your stolen flag from the evil Fleas by exploring a large overworld, clearing themed stages screen by screen. Key mechanics include using your detachable limbs as both weapons and puzzle tools, and later gaining power-ups that grant temporary projectile attacks. The game starts cheerful but quickly becomes challenging, with precise platforming and some brutal enemy patterns. It feels chaotic and inventive, demanding quick adaptation to each new, unexpected hazard.
