Play Pokemon Pink (v1.1) Online
Same old Kanto adventure, but now everything's bathed in a dreamy pink glow—even your panic when a wild Rattata appears and you're down to your last Poké Ball.

Pokemon Pink is a fan made Game Boy release from 2001, a complete palette swap of the original Pokemon Red and Blue. It was developed by an unknown creator, a simple but thorough re-skin that fits right in with the era of early ROM hacks and cartridge mods. The game doesn't add new areas or Pokemon; it just repaints the entire Kanto region in various shades of pink, from the tall grass to the buildings and even the battle menus.
You control a young trainer starting their journey from Pallet Town, with the objective of collecting eight gym badges and defeating the Elite Four. The core mechanics remain unchanged: you explore the world screen by screen, engage in turn based battles using a party of six Pokemon, and manage your inventory of items like Potions and Pokeballs. The pacing and difficulty are identical to the official releases, meaning you'll still spend a lot of time grinding levels in Viridian Forest. It feels like revisiting a very familiar dream, but someone left a pink filter over the entire thing.
