Play Push-Over Online
Guide Quazer the ant through tricky domino puzzles, plan your pushes carefully, and topple every piece while avoiding hazards in this 1992 SNES puzzle game.
Push-Over came out in 1992 for the Super Nintendo, developed by Red Rat Software. It was one of those puzzle games that felt a little different from the platformers and action titles that dominated the system at the time, offering a more methodical, almost meditative kind of challenge.
You control an ant named Quazer, moving him screen by screen through a series of isometric domino layouts. The goal is to topple every domino in the stage, but you only get one push to start the chain. You have to plan the sequence carefully, sometimes using bombs to clear paths or stepping on red tiles that change the domino colors and affect which ones will fall. The pacing is slow and thoughtful, but the difficulty ramps up quickly as stages introduce moving hazards and more complex patterns. It feels like solving a spatial riddle with your hands tied, and getting it right is deeply satisfying.
