Putty Squad is the weird, chaotic sequel to the original Putty, and honestly, it’s even stranger than the first one. You’re still this stretchy blue blob, but now you’re up against the Wizard’s army, who’ve invaded your home and kidnapped your friends. So, naturally, you head to their creepy city of Klud to wreck some havoc.
It’s less puzzle-heavy this time—more of a straight-up platformer, if you ignore the fact that you can turn into a Terminator, dodge grenade-throwing pups, or distract enemies by playing a tune with Uncle Ted (yes, really). You stretch left and right to smack enemies, inflate yourself to jump higher, and even explode or absorb objects to take their form. Weirdly satisfying.
Stars scattered around each level unlock new abilities—10 gets you a super punch, 40 turns you into an unstoppable killing machine. And those cute pups from the first game? They’re out for blood now, dropping bombs, parachuting in, or even piloting helicopters just to ruin your day. It’s messy, unpredictable, and somehow still a blast.
