Play Ren & Stimpy Show, The - Veediots! (Europe) Online
Switch between Ren’s angry jumps and Stimpy’s clumsy stomps while whacking enemies with a newspaper—it’s as chaotic and gross as the cartoon, complete with snot bubbles and toothy close-ups. The janky controls somehow add to the madness.

I picked up The Ren & Stimpy Show: Veediots! for the Super Nintendo back in 1993. It was developed by Gray Matter and published by THQ, and it fit right in with the wave of licensed platformers of that era. The game tried to capture the show's bizarre humor and visual style, which was a tall order for a 16-bit cartridge.
You control both Ren and Stimpy, switching between them on the fly to use their unique abilities. Ren can jump higher and attack with a rolled-up newspaper, while Stimpy is stronger and can break certain blocks with his stomp. The goal is to navigate through side-scrolling levels, defeat enemies, and collect items like rubber walrus protectors and lost puppies. The pacing is uneven, with some frustrating platforming sections and sudden difficulty spikes. Playing it feels like wrestling with a stubborn, slightly broken toy that still makes you laugh sometimes.
