Play Robopon Sun Online
You build a team of quirky robots—some look like walking appliances—then tweak their parts and let them sunbathe to evolve. Dungeons test your squad in turn-based scraps where every upgrade choice matters.

Robopon Sun came out for the Game Boy Color in 1999, developed by Hudson Soft. It was one of those late-era GBC titles that tried to stretch the hardware a bit, offering a colorful, robot-filled adventure during a time when plenty of players were already looking ahead to the Game Boy Advance. The game had a cheerful, slightly oddball vibe that made it stand out, even if it never became a household name.
You play as a young inventor who captures, trains, and upgrades robots called Robopon. Your main goal is to explore the world, screen by screen, and challenge other Robopon trainers in turn-based battles. You can customize your team by swapping parts, and a unique mechanic lets you leave your robots in the sun to trigger evolution. The pacing is fairly relaxed, though some dungeons require careful planning to navigate. It feels like tinkering with a box of spare parts and watching something unpredictable come to life.
