Rocky (E) on GBA is a boxing game that follows the movies pretty closely. You start in Movie mode as Rocky, working your way up from small-time fights to championship bouts. The training between matches feels like a grind at first, punching bags or sparring to boost stats, but it makes the actual fights more satisfying when you land those combos.
Fighting is simple but has some depth. You can dodge, throw lefts and rights, and chain punches together. The opponents get tougher as you go, and beating certain ones unlocks movie-style cutscenes. The exhibition mode is fun for quick fights, and knockout mode turns into a survival challenge after you finish the main story.
It's not perfect, but if you're into the Rocky movies, this one captures the underdog feel pretty well.
