Download Shadow Fighter_Disk1 ROM โ Amiga Game
1994 Amiga fighting game with 16 fighters, 25 moves per character, and one-button controls. Features practice mode, best-of-3 fights, and dynamic joystick spin attacks.
Game Overview
Shadow Fighter came out on the Amiga in 1994, developed by Gremlin Interactive. It was part of that wave of one-on-one fighters that tried to carve out a space on home computers, offering a different flavor from the arcade giants of the time.
You pick from a roster of fighters, each with their own set of moves, and battle through a series of opponents. The controls are built around the joystick, using directional spins combined with the fire button to execute special attacks instead of complex input combinations. Matches are structured as best-of-three rounds, and there's a practice mode to learn the timing for each character's techniques. It feels responsive and direct, a solid brawler that relies more on rhythm and positioning than memorizing lengthy combos.
