Remember those old-school Sonic Flash games? This one’s a classic, basically a digital toy box where you drag and drop sprites of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and a bunch of Robotnik’s weird machines onto a blank stage. No objectives, just vibes. I used to spend way too much time lining up badniks like they were about to ambush Sonic, or making Tails awkwardly hover over a pile of springs for no reason.
The sprite selection’s surprisingly deep for something this simple, you’ve got everything from tiny monitors to Eggman’s entire fleet of ridiculous vehicles. Half the fun is realizing how janky some of the scaling is when you plop a giant Robotnik next to a tiny Sonic. It’s the kind of thing you’d mess with between homework assignments in 2005, and honestly? Still weirdly satisfying.
