Play Spyder Online
You're a tiny robot spider sneaking through vents, climbing walls, and outsmarting guards who never think to look up—pure 90s stealth with clunky charm and clever little puzzles.

Spyder came out in 1996 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by Ultra Software Corporation. It was a time when isometric action games were finding their footing, and this one slipped into that niche without much fanfare. You played as a small, agile robot in environments that felt both futuristic and constrained by the technology of the day.
You control a robotic spider, navigating through industrial complexes and security installations. Your main goal is to infiltrate areas, avoid or disable guards, and complete objectives without being detected. Signature mechanics include climbing on walls and ceilings to bypass patrols, hacking terminals to open doors or disable cameras, and using limited tools like EMP bursts to neutralize threats. The pacing is deliberate, almost tense; you spend a lot of time observing patterns and waiting for the right moment to move. It feels like a careful, methodical dance where one wrong step brings everything crashing down.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
