Game Overview
Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper (Eurasia) (J) on GBA is a surprisingly solid port of the arcade fighter. The first thing you notice is how fast it moves—characters like Ryu and Chun-Li feel responsive, though the small screen means you have to watch spacing carefully.
I spent way too long in the training mode figuring out the timing for custom combos. The game doesn’t hold your hand, so landing a full string without dropping it takes practice. The roster is deep, but some characters feel a little cramped on the GBA’s hardware.
It’s still one of the better fighting games on the system, even if the visuals take a hit. Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper (Eurasia) (J) makes up for it with tight controls and that classic arcade feel.
