Play Supapoon DX (Japan) Online
Your paddle warps like rubber as the ball splits into flaming copies, while pixel sumos invade the court—Pong never felt this unhinged.

Supapoon DX came out for the Super Nintendo in 1996, developed by Yutaka. It was a late release for the system, arriving when many players were already looking toward newer consoles. The game takes the basic idea of Pong and pushes it into something far more chaotic and visually busy.
You control a paddle at the bottom of the screen, deflecting a ball to break blocks and attack enemy characters that drop onto the court. The main goal is to clear each stage by destroying all blocks while fending off oddball enemies like sumo wrestlers and bouncing heads. Key mechanics include a ball that can split into multiple projectiles, a paddle that stretches and warps to cover more space, and power-ups that set the ball on fire or change its behavior. The pace is fast and often overwhelming, with the screen filling up with hazards and visual effects. It feels like trying to play Pong inside a pinball machine during a minor earthquake.
