Game Overview
Super Chase H.Q. on SNES is one of those arcade-style racers where you’re basically a cop playing bumper cars with criminals. You start off weaving through traffic—some cars swerve, others just sit there like they want to be hit—and once you catch up to the target, you just… keep ramming them until their car gives up. It’s dumb in the best way.
The controls are simple, but the later stages get surprisingly tense when you’re low on time and the road’s full of sudden turns. Also, the soundtrack has no right being this hype for a game about rear-ending people. If you miss that era of straightforward arcade ports, this one’s a solid time capsule.
