Super Donkey Kong 2 (J) is one of those GBA platformers that feels simple at first, but the levels get surprisingly tricky. You're mostly jumping between vines and barrels, grabbing bananas while dodging Kremlings, but the later stages force you to think about momentum and timing.
I remember one level where you have to bounce off multiple springs in a row while avoiding these annoying Zingers—took me way too many tries to get the rhythm right. The controls are tight, though, and the mix of Donkey Kong's strength and Diddy's speed keeps things fresh.
It's not groundbreaking, but if you like classic platforming with a bit of challenge, Super Donkey Kong 2 (J) holds up pretty well.
