Game Overview

Supercars International is a top-down racing game released as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, though it originally came from developers at Magnetic Fields and publisher Gremlin Graphics. It fits right into that early '90s era of PC gaming, when pixel art and simple controls were the norm, and racing games didn't need flashy graphics to hold your attention.

You control a small, agile car from an overhead view, weaving through dense traffic and competing against aggressive AI opponents across a variety of urban and rural tracks. The main objective is to win races by any means necessary, using weapons like oil slicks and missiles to sabotage other cars while avoiding obstacles yourself. The tracks are narrow and demand precise handling; one wrong move can send you spinning into a barrier or off the road entirely. The pacing is fast, and the computer drivers are relentless, making each race a tense battle from start to finish. It feels chaotic and satisfying when your tactics pay off and you slide into first place.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
