Ever boot up an old MS-DOS game and get completely sucked in? SuperProject Plus is one of those—deceptively simple, but before you realize it, you’ve been hunched over your keyboard for hours. You start off in this maze-like world with blocky little sprites, dodging obstacles and solving puzzles that start easy but ramp up fast. The synth soundtrack nails that ‘90s vibe, like someone distilled the essence of an old arcade cabinet into a floppy disk.
What I love is how it doesn’t baby you. No tutorials, no hints—just you, a keyboard, and the growing suspicion that the game might actually be laughing at you when you fail. But when you finally nail a tricky section? Pure satisfaction. It’s the kind of game where you’ll restart a level a dozen times, muttering "one more try" under your breath.
If you miss the days when games were hard but fair, or just want something with more personality than most modern indie retro clones, this one’s a blast. Just don’t blame me when you lose track of time.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
