Game Overview

So, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology is basically a love letter to Tales fans—you create your own hero and dive into this mashup world where characters from different Tales games just hang out together. At first, you're picking between basic classes (fighter, mage, etc.), but later you unlock way cooler ones, like ninja or alchemist. The combat's that classic Tales-style action where you're sliding around on a 2D plane whacking monsters, but it never gets old.

Most of your time is spent taking on guild quests—some are simple "go kill 10 slimes" chores, others tie into the story. The more you complete, the more famous you get, which unlocks new areas and lets you recruit iconic characters from the series. Half the fun is seeing who shows up next. Oh, and the Arte system? You'll spend way too long figuring out which flashy special moves combo best with your playstyle.

It's not the deepest RPG on PSP, but if you've ever wanted to team up with, say, Lloyd from Symphonia and spam Demon Fangs all day, this is your game.
