Play Taz in Escape from Mars (Brazil) Online
Guide Taz through side-scrolling levels on Mars, spin through enemies, collect carrots for health, and reach the exit before time runs out.
Taz in Escape from Mars came out for the Sega Master System in 1994, developed and published by Sega. It was part of that late era for the 8-bit console, when developers were still squeezing interesting ideas out of the hardware. You play as the Tasmanian Devil, who, as the title suggests, has to find a way off the red planet.
You control Taz directly, moving him through side-scrolling levels. Your main goal is simply to reach the exit of each stage. Taz's signature move is his spin attack, which turns him into a destructive tornado that can devour enemies and certain parts of the environment. You also collect carrots scattered throughout the levels, which act as both health and a form of currency for extra lives. The game moves at a brisk pace and can be quite challenging, with enemies and obstacles appearing frequently. It feels like a frantic scramble from start to finish, where quick reflexes matter more than careful planning.
