You’ve got all the usual suspects—Kyo, Iori, Terry—thrown into another shady tournament where, surprise, someone’s probably up to no good. The pixel art’s surprisingly crisp for a handheld, and pulling off combos with the GBA’s tiny buttons is way more satisfying than it should be.
At first I thought the roster felt a little slim compared to the arcade versions, but there’s still enough weirdos here to keep matches interesting (looking at you, Goro). The AI doesn’t mess around either—expect to get wrecked by the CPU if you button mash. It’s got that classic KoF vibe where losing feels like your fault, not the game’s.
