Play The Ninja Warriors Online
Pick a cyber-ninja, shred through brainwashed soldiers, and dodge bullets while your special meter burns—just don’t get knocked down or you lose that sweet screen-clearing attack.

I first played The Ninja Warriors on the Super Nintendo back in 1994, a Taito release that felt right at home among the side-scrolling action games of that era. It was a remake of an older arcade game, but for me, it was just this solid, straightforward brawler you could pick up and play without a lot of fuss.
You control one of three androids, each with their own moves, and your goal is to fight your way through a city overrun by enemy forces. The game progresses screen by screen, locking you in until you defeat every enemy. You have a basic attack, a jump, and a special move that builds up as you land hits; if you get hit, you lose the charge, so there's a real risk-reward to getting greedy. The pacing is relentless, with enemies swarming from both sides, and it can get pretty tough. It feels great to finally clear a packed screen with a well-timed special attack.
