Play The Smurfs on Snes Online

Pick your Smurf and bounce through weirdly charming levels—ride storks, punch goblins, or just eat everything while Gargamel mutters about dark magic in the background. Brainy moves like he’s stuck in molasses, but that’s part of the janky 90s appeal.

Game Overview

Remember that weird but kinda charming Smurfs game on SNES? You play as four different Smurfs—Jockey rides a stork, Brainy's got his books, Hefty just punches stuff, and Greedy... well, he eats everything. It's a side-scroller where you're basically trying to rescue your buddies from Gargamel before he turns them into whatever dark magic nonsense he's cooking up.

The levels are these colorful, slightly janky platforming sections where each Smurf has their own weird little ability. I always got stuck on the ice level because Brainy moves like he's carrying a library in his backpack. Classic 90s licensed game energy—not amazing, but weirdly fun if you're into that era.

Also, yes, they absolutely say "smurf" as a verb in the intro. You’ve been warned.
