One wrong move and your chopper becomes a fireball, but nailing that perfect strafing run on an enemy bunker? Pure satisfaction.

The explosions are these chunky pixel bursts that somehow feel more visceral than half the fancy effects in modern games. And the missions? They start simple, then suddenly you're threading through canyon gaps while anti-air guns light up the sky around you. I must've crashed into mountains at least a dozen times before getting the hang of it, but that "one more try" hook is real.

If you miss the days when games didn't hold your hand and just threw you into the action, this is it. Dust off that old joystick and prepare for some properly chaotic retro flying.
