Play Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (F)(Independent) Online
Grind baggage carousels, hit kickflips off rooftops—somehow this tiny GBA port nails the combo flow and that "one more run" itch. Yeah, it's pixelated, but you'll still catch yourself leaning into turns like an idiot.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 on the Game Boy Advance came out in 2002, developed by Vicarious Visions. It was one of the more ambitious attempts to bring the series to a handheld, back when the GBA was the main way to play on the go. The hardware had its limits, but they squeezed a surprising amount of the console feel into that little cartridge.
You pick a pro skater and skate through timed levels, trying to complete goals like high score challenges, collecting the letters S-K-A-T-E, or finding the hidden tape. The controls are simplified but responsive; you ollie, grind rails, and manual to keep combos going. The isometric perspective takes some getting used to, but once you adjust, pulling off long lines feels satisfying. It's not an easy game, especially nailing some of the trickier objectives, but nailing a perfect run makes the effort worth it. The flow of linking tricks together, even on the small screen, keeps you coming back for just one more try.
