Game Overview

TrainBall is one of those weirdly addictive MS-DOS games that shouldn't work but totally does. You control this tiny pixel train that just keeps moving forward—no brakes, no reverse—while trying to scoop up bouncing balls without crashing into your own growing tail. It starts simple, then suddenly you're making frantic last-second turns as the track loops around itself like a tangled shoelace.

The colors are that perfect early '90s neon, all bright blues and pinks against blocky landscapes. I remember thinking "how hard could this be?" right before my train immediately crashed into itself. But that's the magic—it's easy to grasp, tough to master, and weirdly satisfying when you pull off a tight corner at full speed.

If you miss games where the entire premise fits in one sentence but somehow eats hours of your time, this is your jam. Just don't blame me when you start seeing ball-collecting trains in your dreams.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
