Play U.N. Squadron Online
Pick a pilot, dodge a storm of bullets, and scrape together enough cash to upgrade your plane—those desert bombing runs won’t beat themselves.

U.N. Squadron came out for the Super Nintendo in 1991, developed and published by Capcom. It was one of those early SNES titles that really showed off what the system could do with its detailed sprites and smooth scrolling. At the time, it stood out among other shooters for its grounded, military-inspired setting and its direct adaptation of a manga series.
You control one of three mercenary pilots hired to dismantle a terrorist organization. Your main objective is to complete missions across a world map, earning money to buy better aircraft and weapons. Signature mechanics include selecting your loadout before each sortie and managing a limited stock of special weapons during flight. The pacing is intense; enemy fire saturates the screen, and survival depends on memorizing attack patterns. It feels like a constant, high-stakes battle where every credit earned is a hard-won advantage.
