Play Victor Loomes Online
You play a trenchcoat-wearing PI digging through speakeasies and back alleys, piecing together clues while dodging Wild Bill’s goons—one wrong move and you’re staring down a revolver. The pixelated shadows and snappy dialogue make it feel like stepping into a crumpled crime novel.

Victor Loomes came out in 1993 as part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection, developed by LBS. It was a time when point-and-click adventures were finding their footing on PC, and this one fit right in with its moody, low-res aesthetic and straightforward interface.
You control Victor, a private investigator navigating a gritty city full of hidden clues and dangerous characters. Your main goal is to solve a central mystery by gathering evidence, talking to witnesses, and avoiding threats. Key mechanics include screen-by-screen exploration, inventory-based puzzles, and dialogue choices that affect how situations unfold. The pacing is deliberate, sometimes slow, and the difficulty can spike when you miss subtle hints. Playing it feels like untangling a knot where every thread matters.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
