Game Overview

Poor Boots Barker. His wife and best friend ditch him in the middle of an African jungle during a balloon trip—and to make things worse, some local medicine man slaps a cursed voodoo mask on him that traps him there forever. The only way out? Track down that same medicine man, which means diving into five creepy temples, grabbing all the hidden diamonds inside, and offering them up to the temple gods.

It’s not as simple as it sounds, though. Some diamonds are tucked behind enemies you’ve gotta take out, or hidden in spots where you need to solve block puzzles or nail tricky jumps. The jungle’s full of little shops where you can spend fruit and jewels on weapons, dynamite, or even maps—if you’re feeling reckless, there’s even a casino or two to gamble your loot away.

Each temple gives you a new voodoo doll power when you clear it, which usually unlocks some other part of the jungle. It’s got that classic isometric look, and the whole thing feels like a weird mix of action and puzzle-solving. Just watch out for those jumps—Boots isn’t exactly the most graceful guy in a mask.
