Wizardry V: Heart of the Maelstrom came out for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1992, developed and published by Sir-Tech. You control a custom party of up to six adventurers, delving into a massive, multi-level dungeon to retrieve the stolen Heart of the Maelstrom.
