The main goal is to beat your opponent, either by pinfall, submission, or throwing them out of the ring. You punch, kick, and grapple, building up momentum to perform a signature move, like the Tombstone Piledriver. The pacing is deliberate; moves have a certain weight to them, and matches can feel like a real back and forth struggle.
