If you're into Yu-Gi-Oh! and still rocking a DS, this one's a solid pick. You start off with a basic deck—nothing fancy—but after a few duels against the usual suspects from the 5D's anime, you quickly realize how much better your cards could be. The AI actually puts up a decent fight, so you can't just spam Blue-Eyes and call it a day.
What I like is how it forces you to think about combos early. You'll tweak your deck between matches, swapping out traps or adding synchro monsters once you unlock them. The riding duels (yes, on motorcycles) feel a little gimmicky at first, but they grow on you. Just don’t expect the story to blow your mind—it’s mostly there to string duels together.
It’s not perfect, but if you’ve got nostalgia for this era of Yu-Gi-Oh!, it’s a fun way to kill time between bus rides or classes.
