Play 123 for Windows Online

Nudge numbers around a grid before it fills up—simple at first, but you’ll quickly realize you need to plan ahead or get buried in digits. It’s got that same weirdly satisfying puzzle feel as organizing a messy desk, just way more ruthless.

Game Overview

I remember picking up 123 as part of a MS-DOS Classic Games collection, a simple puzzle game from that era where you just had a keyboard and a monochrome monitor. It was one of those titles that didn't need a big publisher's name to leave an impression; its concept was straightforward and self-contained.

You control the movement of numbers on a grid, sliding them into place to clear rows before the screen completely fills up. The main objective is to survive as long as possible by creating combinations that vanish blocks, using mechanics like planning several moves ahead and managing the limited space. The pacing starts deceptively calm but quickly becomes frantic, demanding quick decisions under pressure. It feels like a constant, engaging battle against a rising tide of digits.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
