2 In 1 - Sonic Advance & Sonic Battle (sUppLeX) (EU) is one of those GBA carts that gives you two very different Sonic experiences. The first few minutes of Sonic Advance feel familiar—speed, loops, rings—but the physics are a little off compared to the Genesis games. Still, it's fun once you adjust.
Sonic Battle is the weirder half. You're suddenly in small arenas fighting with a moveset that feels like a stripped-down fighting game. The combos are simple, but landing a good hit on a friend in versus mode has its charm. The sprites are surprisingly detailed for a GBA game.
Neither game is perfect, but having both on one cart makes it worth revisiting. Just don't expect either to be the best in the series.
