Play 4th and Inches Online
Pick your team, call the plays, then take control—those pixelated fourth-down decisions still get your palms sweaty. Nailing a last-second touchdown with those janky controls? Nothing like it.

Game Overview
Man, 4th and Inches takes me back—this was my go-to football fix before Madden even existed. Boot it up on MS-DOS, and you're immediately hit with that chunky pixel art and a playbook that somehow feels deeper than it looks. You pick your team (I always went with the Raiders, no idea why), call the plays, and then actually control the players during the action. It’s janky in the best way possible.
What I love is how tense those fourth-down decisions get. Do you punt? Go for it? The game doesn’t hold your hand, and messing up feels brutal—but nailing a Hail Mary pass with seconds left? Pure joy. The graphics are obviously ancient now, but there’s something about the simplicity that makes it weirdly addictive. If you’ve got a soft spot for retro sports games, this one’s a time capsule worth dusting off.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
