Play Al Pond 1 - Al Lives Forever Online

You play as Al, a tiny frog trying not to get eaten by random pond monsters—one wrong hop and it's back to the start. That MS-DOS jank somehow makes getting wrecked by surprise turtles weirdly satisfying.

Game Overview

Remember when games didn’t care about your feelings? Al Pond 1 - Al Lives Forever is that kind of game. You play as a frog named Al—just a little pixel dude with a death wish—trying to hop across ponds full of snakes, snapping turtles, and whatever else the devs decided to throw at you that day. One mistimed jump, and you’re frog soup. No checkpoints, no mercy.

It’s got that weird MS-DOS charm where everything looks like it was drawn in five minutes, but somehow that just makes it more addictive. The controls are simple (arrow keys and pray), but the ponds get brutal fast. I spent way too long stuck on the third level because some turtle kept appearing exactly where I needed to land. You’ll hate it until you don’t.

If you’ve got nostalgia for games that kick your teeth in and ask if you want more, Al’s your guy.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
