Play Arnie Goes 4 Gold Online

You're Arnie, clicking through a weird world with a useless key, collecting random junk that might—or might not—solve bizarre puzzles later. It's the kind of game where you end up talking to a bank teller about your dead uncle's lottery ticket.

Game Overview

Arnie Goes 4 Gold is one of those weird little MS-DOS gems that sticks with you—mostly because it’s just so odd. You play as Arnie, a guy who gets a mysterious house key from his uncle’s will… but no actual address. So, naturally, you spend the game poking around, trying to figure out where this house even is while solving puzzles with that classic SCUMM-style verb menu (look, take, use, etc.).

The weirdest part? Half the items you pick up seem useless at first—until they’re suddenly not. And yeah, there’s a whole thing where you interact with Bank Austria (because of course there is—it was tied to a real lottery back in the day). It’s janky in that charming early '90s way, where the game doesn’t hold your hand but also doesn’t take itself too seriously. If you’ve got a soft spot for offbeat point-and-clicks, this one’s worth a look.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
