Play Bat-Man - Vengeance Online

Bat-Man - Vengeance on GBA is one of those side-scrolling beat-em-ups where you feel the weight of being Batman. The controls are a little stiff, but once you get used to them, swinging between platforms and punching thugs has its charm.

Gotham looks moody in that pixelated GBA style, with dark alleys and neon signs barely lighting your way. The first few minutes throw you right into brawling, then quickly introduce some light platforming—nothing too complex, but enough to keep you moving.

What stands out is how the game tries to mix stealth sections with straight-up fights. Sometimes it works, other times you just wish you could skip the awkward crouch-walking and get back to punching. Still, for a handheld Batman game, it captures the vibe better than you'd expect.

Bat-Man - Vengeance isn't perfect, but it's a decent way to pass the time if you're into old-school action games.
