Beneath A Steel Sky on the Amiga is one of those classic point-and-click adventures that still holds up. You play as Robert Foster, a guy stranded in a dystopian city after his helicopter crashes. The pixel art is moody and detailed—lots of rusty metal and flickering neon—and the puzzles actually make sense, which isn’t always the case with these older games.

What I love is how the world feels alive. You’ll talk to shady characters, hack into systems with your little robot buddy Joey, and uncover bits of backstory that make the city feel real. The humor’s dry, the dialogue’s sharp, and yeah, you might get stuck once or twice, but figuring it out is half the fun.

If you’re into cyberpunk or just miss when adventure games had actual substance, this one’s worth dusting off.
