You run a private clinic, hiring staff, managing finances, and keeping your employees happy during the day. At night, you perform treatments on patients, which involve navigating through a series of detailed, screen-by-screen interactions using your mouse. The main goal is to keep your clinic profitable and avoid scandal, but the real challenge comes from balancing your budget while dealing with unpredictable events and staff demands. It's a strange mix of dry spreadsheet management and awkward, deliberate point-and-click sequences that gives the whole experience a tense, almost surreal rhythm. Playing it feels like trying to keep a straight face during a business meeting that keeps derailing into something much weirder.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
