Remember that Buffy the Vampire Slayer GBA game where everything goes sideways (again) in Sunnydale? This time it's the Darkhul King—some ancient vampiric nightmare who somehow escaped his extra-dimensional prison. Typical Tuesday for Buffy, right?

You're basically playing through a monster-of-the-week episode, but with way more button-mashing. Whip out stakes, jump-kick vampires through gravestones, and occasionally deal with weird minibosses that pop up in the Bronze or the high school. The controls are simple, but some of those later levels get surprisingly brutal—I may have yelled at my GBA when a swarm of demons cornered me near the sewer exit.

Honestly, half the fun is spotting all the little nods to the show, like Giles muttering research notes between levels. Just don't expect deep lore; it's mostly an excuse to punch demons until the big bad shows up for the final showdown.
