Play Castle of Dr. Brain Online
You knock on a mad scientist’s door and immediately get hit with math puzzles, cryptograms, and mazes that feel like his castle is actively messing with you. The jigsaw turns into a room, because of course it does.

Game Overview
Castle of Dr. Brain is this weirdly charming MS-DOS puzzle adventure where you’re basically applying for a job as a mad scientist’s assistant—because, sure, why not? Right off the bat, you’re stuck playing memory match at the front gate just to get inside, which feels like the world’s nerdiest bouncer situation.
Once you’re in, the whole castle is just layers of bizarre puzzles—math problems, cryptograms, even an astronomy quiz at one point. There’s a jigsaw puzzle that turns into a room when you finish it, which is the kind of thing that makes you pause and go, “Okay, Dr. Brain, what’s your deal?” The mazes are a headache (in a good way), forcing you to wrangle an elevator between floors like some kind of deranged logistics manager.
I love how you can switch between a hand cursor for interacting and an eye for inspecting stuff—half the time, clicking on random objects just gets you a dumb joke, which keeps the vibe from getting too serious. And the hint coins are a lifesaver when you’re staring at a puzzle for way too long. It’s one of those games where you either feel like a genius or an idiot, sometimes within the same minute.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
