Game Overview

City Defence is one of those classic Amiga games that feels simple at first—until you realize how frantic it gets. You're basically playing cosmic whack-a-mole, trying to stop these alien rays from wiping out cities at the bottom of the screen. The mouse controls are surprisingly smooth for an early game—just click to launch missiles, and watch the explosions take out everything in their radius.

At first, I thought it was just about protecting the cities, but then I noticed you get bonus points for nailing the alien ships directly. That’s when it becomes a weird mix of strategy and panic. The rays come faster, the explosions overlap, and suddenly you’re sweating over pixelated destruction. It’s a solid little time-waster if you’re into retro arcade vibes.
