Game Overview
Classic NES - XEVIOUS is one of those old-school shooters that feels simple at first, but gets brutal fast. You're just a little ship scrolling upward, dodging bullets and bombing ground targets while enemy fighters swarm in from all sides.
The first few minutes feel manageable, but then the screen fills with patterns you have to memorize. There's something satisfying about weaving through the chaos, though. The GBA port keeps the original's sharp difficulty, so expect to restart often.
It's not flashy by today's standards, but there's a rhythm to it that sticks with you. Classic NES - XEVIOUS is the kind of game that makes you want to try just one more run.
