Play Constructor Online
Start with a dirt lot and some workers, then watch your slum empire spiral into bribes, arson, and ghost-infested shacks while the Council pretends they’re not in on it.

Constructor was part of the MS-DOS Classic Games collection released in 1997 by Acclaim Entertainment. It came out during a time when PC strategy and simulation games were experimenting with more complex, sandbox-style mechanics, offering players a chance to build and manage something from the ground up, often with a darkly humorous twist.
In Constructor, you control a budding real estate mogul who must construct and manage a neighborhood of increasingly dubious housing. Your main objective is to outmaneuver rival landlords by building homes, hiring workers like builders and handymen, and dealing with tenant demands and sabotage. Signature mechanics include placing different types of buildings to maximize profit, managing worker assignments to keep properties maintained, and using underhanded tactics such as arson or bribery to disrupt competitors. The pacing is deliberate, with difficulty rising as your empire expands and more problems, like haunted houses or angry mobs, begin to surface. It feels like walking a tightrope between order and chaos, where every decision carries weight and unintended consequences.
Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
