CT Special Forces: Bioterror came out for the Game Boy Advance in 2004, developed by LSP. You control a lone soldier fighting through a biological threat, moving screen by screen to clear areas of enemies. Signature mechanics include using cover to avoid enemy fire, switching between a primary weapon and grenades for crowd control, and managing limited ammo for your heavier guns. The pacing is fast, and the difficulty can be punishing if you rush in without a plan. It feels like a tense, methodical crawl through hostile territory where every shot counts.
