Game Overview

Dangerous Streets came out in 1994 for MS-DOS, published by Microids. It was a side-scrolling beat 'em up that fit right in with the era's love for gritty, urban brawlers, offering a straightforward dose of digital street fighting without much pretense.

You control one of several fighters, each with slightly different stats, and your goal is to fight through waves of thugs across various city locations. The game uses a screen-by-screen progression system; you clear all enemies on one screen before moving to the next. Combat relies on basic punches, kicks, and a few special moves, but the hit detection can be unforgiving, and the enemy AI is relentless, making even early stages a challenge. It feels like a rough, sometimes clumsy scrap where every victory is earned through persistence.

Each game uses different controls, most DOS games use the keyboard arrows. Some will use the mouse , "Alt" ,"Enter" and "Space bar".
