Play Demolition Online
1987 Amiga action game. Control a paddle to bounce a ball and break blocks. Enemies rebuild walls; shoot them to stop progress. Fast-paced Arkanoid-style gameplay.

Demolition came out for the Amiga in 1987 from Kingsoft GmbH. It was one of those early Amiga titles that showed off the system's color and sound, but it didn't try to be more than a solid arcade style experience. You got what you paid for: a straightforward, no frills block breaker that ran smoothly and looked good for its time.
You control a paddle at the bottom of the screen, bouncing a ball to smash rows of colored blocks. Some blocks take multiple hits to break; others hide power ups that change the ball's speed or give you extra paddles. Enemy ships occasionally drift into the playfield, rebuilding sections of the wall or firing shots to disrupt your rhythm. The game moves quickly, demanding sharp reflexes to keep the ball in play as the stages grow more complex. It feels satisfying to clear a screen methodically, watching the ball carom off bricks and hearing each impact.
